A 40th Birthday card & gift box using Stampin' Up! products

Not only was it World Card Making day on Saturday, it was my little sister's 40th birthday lunch! I can't believe she's 40! It makes me feel old now! Lol.

When I was making her card, I had asked my sister whether she wanted feathers of stars. She chose stars, so I used the feathers for my aunt's 60th birthday card. I used the same colour scheme of Smoky Slate with Dazzling Diamond glimmer paper.

I made a matching box (using the Gift Box Punch Board) for the joint present my Mum, my other sister and brother and I, had clubbed together to buy.

I put all the confetti stars punched out with the Confetti Star punch from the side panels inside the box with the gift.

I cut out the stars using the Stars Framelits. I thought I'd gone a bit OTT with them but my sister loved it anyway!

Well I hope you've enjoyed today's projects. They were so easy to make and look stunning.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget about the special joining offer that's running until October 24th! Ask me for more details.
