Weekly Deals from Stampin' Up! and more

I think I've probably mentioned before I am extremely bad at getting people's birthday cards to them on time. For some reason I always think my Brother In-Law's birthday is 9th November not 9th October so he usually gets his card a month late! I had a gentle reminder from my sister this year though!

As he's an artist I thought Stampin' Up!®'s Work of Art stamp set would be perfect, so I used that as my background and added the stars cut out using the Stars framelits on top. I also pierced round the stars with the Eclectic paper piercing pack.

There are a few Confetti stars and I finished off with a sentiment stamped using the Mini Serif Stamp set.
