Four Seasons Card using Stampin' Up! products

I recently joined a monthly card swap challenge group on Facebook. It's great fun, although I must admit I was a bit daunted by my first challenge. The card had to be a 5" square card, with 4 panels - one for each season along with a number of other criteria. After much head scratching, this is what I came up with. I used all Stampin' Up!® products and it was a real stash raider of a card.

I decided to base the four season panels on Designer Series Paper, primarily because of the leaf patterned paper from Motley Monsters and also the "snowy" patterned paper from the All is Calm Speciality DSP, both from the Autumn-Winter 2014 Catalogue. The spring panel uses Park Lane DSP and the Summer panel is from the All Abloom DSP stack in the Annual 2014-2015 catalogue.

I used a variety of embellishments from both the Autumn-Winter catalogue and the Annual Catalogue. The tags are spelt out using the Simply Serif Mini Alphabet rubber stamp set.

I decided to make a special envelope for the card using the same DSP as the Autumn panel on the card - for no other reason than autumn has well and truly kicked in now!

I hope you like today's project. Thanks for stopping by
