Hey there, I have a little trick to show you today. I have only seen this done with framelits and a die-cutting machine before, but I didn't have room to get my Big Shot out, so I found a little cheat. I used the 2 1/2" Circle Punch instead.
So here's how I cut out the giraffe without cutting it's head off!
It's not perfect as you do get a crease at the neck but I'm sure no-one noticed! I could barely see it once the card was assembled.
So what do you think? Cool or just lazy? Lol.
Here's what I used to make this card:
Card Stock: Blushing Bride, Whisper White, Crumb Cake
Ink pads: Blushing Bride, Crumb Cake, Versamark
Stamp sets: Zoo Babies (wood or clear), Dotty Angles (photopolymer)
Tools: 2 1/2" Circle Punch, Starburst Framelits, Blushing Bride Embossing Powder
Embellishments: White Baker's Twine, Subtles Collection Candy Dots
Hope you've enjoyed today's little project. See you Wednesday but in the meantime don't forget about this week's joining offer.
