Hey Little Buddies from Stampin' Up!

I have finally managed to open some of my other new Stampin' Up! rubber stamps -woohoo. I just love these cute little images from the Little Buddy Birthday set (available in wood or clear). Aren't they adorable?

The images are perfect for any type of colouring but I wanted to practice using my Blendabilites. As a kid you take colouring for granted. Now as an adult I need to practice - I'm quite impatient so went outside the lines a few times, too excessively, and had to start again and take it slowly!

I used Memento Tuxedo black ink and a Whisper White card front on all cards.

For this card I used the Old Olive Blendabilites and Old Olive card stock.

I think this one is my favourite little guy. My boys are obsessed with dinosaurs so I think this will be their favourite too. I used the Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie Blendabilites and Coastal Cabana card stock.

I used a few more colours on this little guy. The cake is coloured using the Bronze pen from the Skin Tone Assortment and the lightest of the Rich Razzleberry set as well as Pumpkin Pie for the candle flames. The little fella himself, is coloured in Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie. The card stock is also Pumpkin Pie.

I used a fine line marker to create the borders to the cards.

I can't wait to try out some of my other new Stampin Up! rubber stamps. I am going to use a different set for each post next week and then I'll start using some of my older sets again!

Thanks for stopping by, have a great weekend x
